Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ace Tropic Media, LLC ("Ace Tropic Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit acetropicmedia.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a free social media audit, fill out our contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, law firm name, email address, phone number, firm website or social media handle, and anything you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the website that referred you, and general location (such as city or state) based on your IP address.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from scheduling tools or social media platforms when you interact with our content or choose to connect with us through those services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Prepare and send the free social media audit you requested
  • Schedule and hold calls with you
  • Provide, manage, and improve our services
  • Send you follow-up emails and occasional updates about our services (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and improve it
  • Measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads
  • Protect the Site against fraud, spam, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and measure and improve our advertising:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). This helps us measure the results of our ads and show ads to people who have visited the Site. Meta may collect information about your activity on the Site, such as pages viewed and whether you submitted a form, and handles that information under its own privacy policy. We also send these events to Meta directly from our servers through Meta's Conversions API, including your IP address, browser information, and Meta cookie identifiers, so we can measure our ads more accurately.
  • Site analytics. Our website hosting platform provides built-in analytics that record basic usage information, such as pages viewed, the website that referred you, and device and browser type. We use this to understand Site traffic and improve the Site.
  • Google Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, which it handles under its own privacy policy.

If we add other tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can also adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to these signals, so the Site does not currently respond to them.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in these situations:

  • Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, customer relationship management, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners. Meta may collect information through the Meta Pixel and receive information from our servers through its Conversions API, as described above, to help us measure and deliver ads.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. If Ace Tropic Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose you agree to.

We Are Not a Law Firm

Ace Tropic Media is a marketing agency, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, and contacting us or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send us confidential details about any legal matter or case through the Site.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your request or providing our services, and as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
